[Ice and Fire]

I'm still waiting for a truly hot scene.   GRRM's scenes are more true-to-life than those romance novel scenes.   Maybe a Jon and Dany scene (cross fingers).  Dany is definitely missing the active sex life she had with Drogo.  That sort of activity gets kinda addictive.   :)   Jon has proven himself to be adventurous under the furs (and in caves).  

A truly hot scene has to be between two characters that you like AND would want to "see" nude.  That's a very exclusive club.   All others are for pure sick entertainment value.   :rofl:

Overall, Jon and Ygritte was the "best" I think, but not the best described. That was probably Arys and Arienne (though I also don't particularly enjoy the breast fixation).

However far and away the most disgusting is Jaime and Cersei in the sept. For crying out loud, they're having sex:

1. In a church.

2. In front of their dead son.

3. They're brother and sister.

4. Cersei is having her moons blood.

5. Jaime has no hand (the probably the least disturbing part of it all)

But the dialogue and descriptions were all pretty much recycled Jaime and Cersei material. Did not anyone else noticed this? All that "unlacing", "freeing him", "guiding in", "Yes, yes, I want you in me" etc? There is no cool new comparisons like in Jon and Ygritte (cave interrior, skinny legs, lord's kiss) or Tyrion and Sansa (the purple manhood), Jaime (wind sweet as Cersei's fingers and yes, the whole imagery row that Arianne and Arys inherited)

Cersei/Taena Merryweather!!

Not because it was "hot" or "steamy", exactly, but it was definitely one of the best sex-scenes I've ever read - I loved Cersei's detachment, her idle curiousity, wanting to know how it was to be Robert - it was such a gem of chractarization, and then there was Taena in such a contrast to that, so much enjoying herself... Everything that a good sex-scene should be.  

Arys/Arianne - No. It was boring. I just waited for it to end.


Hottest will be Sansa/Sandor if that ever gets around to happening... All that unresolved sexual tension!! *deep sigh* Of course, it will probably fade to black before anything really comes of it, at which point I will scream. Bad enough with Thomas Harris' Hannibal.  :bang:

Sandor's dead. Sansa won't be fucking the dog. But littlefinger I think - will likely rape Sansa (or try to) when the game is up for him.
