This idea would make a great big-screen movie if the series becomes as big a hit as it probably will.

It could maybe be a middle episode of a trilogy covering the fall of the Targaryen dynasty, starting with Aerys's abduction and rescue at duskendale being as the first, and ending with the greyjoy rebellion.

Ben Barnes would be a good Rhaegar

Henry Cavill seems more Ned then Robert or Rhaegar.

I though Alexander Skarsgard for Rhaegar and in turn Stellan Skarsgard for Aerys.

Tom Felton as a young Jaime, Juno Temple as a young Cersei. Sean Pertwee as a younger Tywin Lannister.

I like your uses of the Skarsgard, good choice i didn't think of them. That gave me an idea of Joe Manganiello for a young Robert (not a total fit but a solid one I think)

Totally not realistic, but:

Ser Arthur Dayne: Aaron Eckhart

Only one person can play the Mad King

Aerys.

How could you miss him out? Yeah you guessed it, same guy who was in Lotr Return of the King

http://lotr.wikia.com/wiki/Denethor_II (I mean the actor, not the character).

I am pretty sure I would kill to see this actually happen. A few of my friends and I have a lot of this already casted, too.  I think it would be best as a mini-series or a movie. This is also assuming that all of these actors can put on a decent English or "Westerosi" accent if they are not already British.

One of the things I tried to do is keep the actors somewhat near the age they are would be playing, for the younger characters. Lyanna, for example, is supposed to be fifteen, I believe, at the beginning of the "show", so I tried to keep her relatively young and then worked the other characters around her.

I had a longer list somewhere, but these are the ones I remember off the top of my head.

The Starks
Rickard - I would love Viggo Mortenson as Rickard, he is the only person I could ever picture in the role.
Brandon - Henry Cavill has the exact look of Brandon in my head.
Ned - No real ideas, but my friend suggested Sam Claflin and I think he could do a good job.
Lyanna - Sarah Bolger, another Tudors actor. She is an extremely talented actress and very beautiful, just how I imagine Lyanna.
Benjen - Skander Keynes is the first that came to mind, he isn't as young as I believe Benjen is, but I think he could do the role justice.

The Lannisters
Twyin - No real opinion on this one.
Jaime - I keep imagining Alex Pettyfer as Jaime, I think he could play the cockiness I imagine a young Jaime to have.
Cersei - Maybe Tamsin Egerton? or Clemence Poesy?

The Targaryens
Aerys - Anthony Head is the first person who comes to mind.
Rhaella - I doubt it would ever happen, but Cate Blanchett.
Rhaegar - I have the same dream casting for Rhaegar as I do for Arthur Dayne. When I was reading, I kept imagining Chris Hemsworth whenever Rhaegar's name popped up.
Elia - Frieda Pinto is an extremely common fancasting, at least over on tumblr, I believe.

The Baratheons
Robert - Armie Hammer. If you dyed his hair black, I think he would be perfect. He has the blue eyes and is massive and is a great actor.
Stannis - No idea for this one, either. Maybe Nicolas Hoult?
Renly - Unknown child actor

The Tullys
Catelyn - Lily Collins, back when she had her red hair. Or Deborah Ann Woll.
Lysa - No clue with Lily, but maybe Molly Quinn with Deborah?
Hoster - Maybe Kevin McKidd?

Others
Howland Reed - I keep picturing Logan Lerman, with his longer hair in The Three Musketeers.
Petyr Baelish - I don't know how interested he would be in joining another fandom, but I like Dan Radcliffe? I think he could portray all sides of the character well.
Arthur Dayne - Like I said before, I like Chris Hemsworth for both Arthur and Rhaegar.
Ashara Dayne - If you give them some violet contacts, maybe Kaya Scodelario or Katie McGrath?

Armie is probably the best choice for young robert so far and would be a good Renly later on. Chris would be a good one for Arthur too.
