While I like Hinds I'm not seeing him as Mance, for that job there would be no one better than Angus Macfadyen of Braveheart.

Ive never seen Hinds in anything and I hope Im wrong but I kinda hate this casting. His look is not how I pictured Mance at all. Dominic West would have been perfect I think. He was absolutely epic in The Wire. The more I read about Mance the more I like him so I hope this guy can pull it off...

I like Hinds for the role, he has one of those "wait a minute" faces. By that I mean his appearance at first is passable and unassuming but after a good look you're telling yourself "wait a minute this guy's up to something." That seams to fit well with how Mance is introduced.
