this is massively helpful after going back to the book nearly a year after I read it! Will save me a lot of time no doubt finding my bearings again!

hmmm... seems my book has over 1100 pages... it is not hardcover, though... no list on that one yet?

I have the miss-fortune of having the British version (Its split into part 1 and 2) can someone help me and say when the split is. (The last chapter in Part 1 is where the slaver ship comes on Tyrion)
