After St. Patrick's Day I used the phrase scale from the dragon instead of hair of the dog.

It is known, for whenever I'm saying absolute horse shit to someone.

I have said Valar Morghulis occasionally and I often say "if the Gods are good" when I'm talking to myself about doing something.

I'm a teacher and have said "It it known" to my kids quite a few times... I've always used "Just so" when they ask if they've done something correctly.

Definitely said "You know nothing" to my fiance when he said he didn't get what the big deal was about ASOIAF. :dunno:

English isn't my first language, but I'm always saying in portuguese (and sometimes in english, but only to myself since no one around me speaks it):

- It is known (and got a friend who now says it too)
- You know nothing
- Words are wind
- Seven hells
- My sun and stars
- Thank the old gods!
- Winter is coming
- ...with fire and blood!
- Summer child
- Green boy
- Not today

7 hells. (In writing. I try not to curse out loud.)
Winter is coming.
Two axes is better than one.

"I am only a young girl and know nothing of the ways of (blank)"

The first part of which is not entirely true or I would probably not read a story of this size or spend much time on this forum ...  But it really helps to get someones attention :dunno:

"Would that I could" (not exclusive to the series I know)
"It is known"
"By the light of the seven"
And of course, "Hodor!"

I used a pick-up line on a red head last weekend, "you have been kissed by fire". Initial response was good, ultimate failure because I was "in my cups".
After being in my cups I fell on the way home, what falls cannot fall but rises harder and stronger than before.

I love this one as well :cool4:

Love the last one, i'll never forget the day i said me vows north of the 700 foot mistress i call the Wall, that bloody face in the weirwood gave me the finger and called me shirley.

I know it's midnight Friday night where I am and it's sad that I've go nothing better to do with my time but really you should all check this thread out from the beginning.  It's totally mental - especially ICE CROW's contribution.
