Sure I like her, but she's not in my top faves.  There are so, so many very likable characters in this series, and this is about picking favorites.

Not quite so. Arya's cool but I like my characters to show real growth. Arya starts out AGOT being a wilful, strong tempered tomboy, and by the end of ADWD she's a wilful, strong tempered tomboy. There's still two books left though.
