Share your favourite quotation from the series, as long as it's 25 words or less.

I'll start:

"Well done," he said. "I am Robett Glover."

"Vengeance". His voice was soft, as if he were afraid that someone might be listening. "Justice" Prince Doran pressed the onyx dragon into her palm with his swollen, gouty fingers, and whispered, "Fire and Blood."

All that Daenerys wanted back was the big house with the red door, the lemon tree under her door, the childhood that she had never known.

“Aerys thought no harm could come to him if he kept me near,” he told his father’s corpse. “Isn’t that amusing?” Lord Tywin seemed to think so; his smile was wider than before. He seems to enjoy being dead. - Handless

Lies and Arbor gold, she thought. “I am Alayne, Father. Who else would I be?” - Alayne

It's no matter, she thought, swinging up into the saddle. The rain will wash them clean again. - Arya

I thought I had forgotten that. - Jon

Just some random favorites. I could probably sit here for hours listing more -- there's so many good ones.

I can't either. Though I suppose I could do a quick search and figure it out.

These two came to mind:

She could feel the snow on her lashes, taste it on her lips.  It was the taste of Winterfell.  The taste of innocence.  The taste of dreams.  :bawl:

A dozen quips came to mind, each crueler than the one before, but Jaime only shrugged.  "I dreamed of you," he said.

'"Drogon, " she sang out loudly, sweetly, all her fear forgotten. "Dracarys." The black dragon spread his wings and roared.'
One of my favorite sequences in the entire series.

Also Jojen's "A reader lives a thousand lives" one. Brilliant, not just one of the best of the series but also one of the best quotes in general.

Btw this is my first post on here after spending way too much time reading these forums and getting further sucked into the Seven Kingdoms. So, hi all.

This sounds way too much like a line from the books.

But welcome, Kingslayer. May your visits here be numerous and entertaining.

"Their deaths should have some meaning."
Gerris pointed to where a corpse slumped against a brick wall, attended by a cloud of glistening green flies.
"Did his death have meaning?"

"Men's lives have meaning, not their deaths."

"The shadows they come to dance, my lord, to dance my lord, to dance my lord"- not particularly special, I just happened to like the way it helped the tone of the scene quite a lot.

"The things I do for love"
