I would add Catelyn Stark to the list, though. But I know that will be another controversial addition.

I'm just excited I get to list poor Pod somewhere

Like Melisandre, she's difficult to categorise as good or evil.

And I've never seen her be all gung ho about going out and crucifying people.. is this something she orders herself?

She demanded 160-odd Mereenese be delivered to her for crucifixion with no attempt to ascertain their guilt. My belief is that she either received slaves dressed up in tokars or the entire opposition party that plagues the Green Grace.
So much for compassion, duty and justice.

Melisandre?? Hard to categorise? The woman makes shadow babies, and wants to sacrifice children because they have King's blood! The woman is evil.

Good people can do "bad" things under duress, and extreme provocation.

Agree with brashcandy. Also, I just Googled "crucify" and Daenerys and one of the items was the Dany reread thread. So I might have to jump on that sometime

An honest agreement? The men were bold faced about cheating Dany, and were depraved sadists.

She went to buy the unSullied and couldn't afford too -- so she used the insults lobbed at her and the evil way in which they are created to justify cheating and murdering the Astapor slavers.

Ned
Jon
Brienne
Sansa
Davos
Barristan
Bran
The rest are largely compromised and debateable. Id add Jaime and Catelyn for example but can understand their omission
