And I believe it was in ACoK when Pod(?) ended up making it sound like there were multiple Littlefingers. Tyrion's dialogue about that had me laughing out loud. Wish I could find it.

When Tyrion first showed up in KL and was sitting with Cersei in the small council chamber.  Cersei was worried about the war efforts and started to cry.

"I would of been less surprised if Aegon the Conqueror came bursting in the room, riding a dragon, and juggling lemon pies!"

I crack up laughing whenever I visualize that.
