This is when jaime Lannister is looking for Sandor Clegane in the Riverlands. he's instructing his officers what to do should they encounter Sandor Clegane.

I did too. Btw, missing the first part of it: “‘If it is Sandor Clegane that we encounter, what would you have me do?’

Jaime and Sandor deliver the best lines for sure.
