It seems like the OP is actually asking who is most physically attractive?  Weird you only mention the ladies, though, surely even if you are straight you can still give opinions on the men as well.

Okay so my most attractive lists, purely subjective
The mens:  Jorah (thoroughly unexpected), Robb, Littlefinger (disturbing since I loathe him), Jaime (best when covered in mud mmm)
The ladies: Doreah (rarr... she makes me doubt my sexuality ), Sansa (I know she's underage - I feel creepy!), Dany

I really didn't find anyone else particularly attractive in the show!

As for which characters I feel really looked the most like their characters...  Well I they did a great job with nearly everyone!  You can pick out the ones that looked different more easily

I think all of the men would look more attractive if they looked like the washed their hair slightly more often than once a month. After all, the ladies all usually have very pretty, clean-looking hair.

Greaseballs are not attractive.

Who looks best, as in who brings the pretty to the show:

Jamie (Yummy)
Robb (those deep, oh so deep, blue eyes)
Littlefinger (Aidan Gillen is very sexy)

I didn't find any of the female cast particularly attractive or enticing.

The women:

Irri. Just my type, I guess. I'm a sucker for for the middle easternish women. (Don't know where she's from, but thats how she looks to me)

Ros. Not much my type at all, but too stunning to ignore.

Dany. Dat ass! Sorry, had to.

Ygritte. I'm gonna develop a crush on her next season, I know it. She'll probably look ruffled up a bit, and thats all for the better.



The men:

Jon. Because he's kinda pretty like a girl, perhaps? Big eyes and full lips.

After that it's hard to single anyone out, but there sure is a lot of good looking guys in this show! Jorah, Ned, Viserys, Robb, Littlefinger, Drogo, Jory, Benjen.... Yeah...

This is why I couldn't add Ned to my list even though he is being played the very attractive, imo, Sean Bean. His hair always looked so greasy and he also looked really sweaty 80% of the time.

Pretty much everyone looks good in this show, even the ones that are meant to be ugly.
I've seen many online be overly harsh concerning Cat, I admit I've no yearning in my loins for her but she looks the part of a dignified lady of an age with Ned.
Not a fan of how Cersei holds her mouth, I've seen the actress look better in other productions, but she does capture the bitchy essence of the character.
Dany is pretty but she's got a hell of a big ass, could say they are child bearing hips but obviously they failed in that regard.
Arya is the perfect little sister, a little cutie.  Sansa is has a refined look to her, can't wait until the bedding, hah!
I'd say the hottest in the show are Ros and Doreah.

I found the actress playing Dany to be pretty, but I don't know, she just gave off for me a pretty surfer-chick vibe rather than 'Targaryen'.

Roxanne Mckee (Doreah) is utterly gorgeous, and her voice is hawt. Wish she had a bigger role.

Kit Harington is also very good looking.

If I go by the way of ranking people, I'd say:

1. Ros
2. Doreah
3. Cersei (I am quite surprised Lena Headey doesn't make the muster more often. She's a goddess!!!)
(I like Emilia Clarke more in her real-life raven-haired avatar. Michelle Fairley is a PERFECT lady stark and quite elegant and pretty. Its just that her scenes are always so grim...)

For the guys, I am going by the universals of manly beauty..tall, dark, brooding, square jaw, piercing eyes, n all

1. Khal Drogo
2. Jaime Lannister
3. Jory Cassell

I love Jaime's looks, but I also adore the conflicted way he is playing the character.  In the book version Jaime was an unmitigated ass; not even a hint of humanity.  But the way Nicolaj is playing him, we are already seeing the conflicts that he lives with and a lot of varying, subtle emotion that I think is pulled off with stunning perfection.

In the books, Jaime could afford to be nothing but an ass, because there was so much more detail/time to start his redemption arc.  In the shows, I think it was brilliant to go ahead and start showing the internal conflicts he lives with, so it will not be a completely ridiculous shock when his upcoming scenes with Brienne hit.

As for having Brienne "uglied up," all I can say is this:  if they could make CHARLIZE EFFING THERON look like a white trash truck driving streetwalker in "Monster," then I am quite sure they can render Brienne believably.

I really like the idea of keeping Doreah instead of Jhiqui, that could work well. I don't know if they will do it though.

I imagine Natalie Dormer and Rose Leslie being excellent in their roles, and I'll be interested to see Asha/Yara as I don't think I've the actress in anything before.

Doreah. Daenerys. Ros. Ygritte. Melisandre. Oh, and Sansa has potential of being the hottest of all of them, probably in season 3 or 4.

I'm surprised more of you guys haven't said Cersei. She's like the hottest woman I've seen in my entire life. Think Lena Headey looks much better in character than she does in her dark hair and modern clothes/make up/hair style.

really? she is mad hot in 300, and on google images, but Cersei looks so angry all the time

I agree!!! Lena HEadey is a goddess. That is why I imagined someone like Saffron Burrows in this role. Lena lacks a certain softness to her face. Like, you know when Cersei wants to look sweet, she can. When Lena wants to look sweet, she doesn't soften up...

argghh...too late in the night for me to be very articulate about this...
