The Iron Bank needs Stannis to win the Iron Throne and pay Robert's debt. If Tommen dies Stannis is the rightfull heir (leaving the Targaryans out of the picture for the moment). The Iron Bank will hire the Faceless Men of Braavos who will send Arya to King's Landing to assasinate Tommen

Cersi will die and will be killed by Jaime. In the prophecy Cerci dies at the hands of the volanquar meaning younger brother. This is ment to point us to Tyrion but we know from the succesion issue raised in the discussion between Tyrion and The Red Viper that although twins Cersi was born before Jaime making him also a younger brother

Robert Arryn would be revealed as a force behind all happenings in Westeros and reveal that he orchestrated them so Dany could swoop in and take Westeros and that she named him her heir. He will also reveal that him being sick and everything was just an act so people would underestimate him, and he'll be revealed as completely healthy boy. He will legitimize Mya Stone and marry Myrcella, putting her under his protection so Dany won't kill her. Dany's business in Meereen was just a stall till he sends her a sign to act. After all, when you play a game of thrones, you win or you die, something that he didn't want.

Robert Baratheon turns out not to be dead, and comes back during the climax demanding that his Hand, Eddard Stark come with him to adventures unseen, and becomes crazy when told that Eddard no longer lives, killing everybody who is in the same room with him, and then disappearing again leaving behind an angry face meme.
