For a split second I was like "Are you pregnant?" due to the name change.  But then, in my infinite wisdom, I realized that there was almost no way that you were.  Now, audaciously, I want to demand "Lady Whitestripe" back.  I know that I don't have a leg to stand on there, but there it is.*

*A really good for the price NorCal cabernet

Y'know she was Skunkbelly before she was Lady 'Stripe, right?

Eagle Rare bourbon.  Pretty good.  Not a bad deal, either.

That sounds like something that would warm the belly.  Understandable as Montgomery is coaching Cal towards the conference title as we speak.

Tricksey:  Indeed, I was Skunkbelly once upon a time. I've brought it back. And, God help me, if I were pregnant I'd be tempted to drink a whole lot more than a wee dram. :P

My latest beer has been Master Tmavy. It's a nice stout lager with a faint coffee, caramel malt taste. It's a little sweet to drink all night but it's the best beer for one or two at the end of the day.

Very cheap plonk until the hour is respectable enough to drink excessively expensive whisky.

Noon?

In time for my birthday my uncle sent me some home-made rakija, to help me bring out the slavic fiestyness for these last few weeks before exams. Or something. I am resisting the urge to folk-dance whilst drinking it.

Just home from the Blue monkey where I enjoyed the hell out of the Rogue Hazelnut Brown Ale. It was wonderful, and I snagged the last pint as the tap kicked...

Smooth, hazelnut nose with a rich malty body. Everything I love in a beer. :)

We are still talking about beer right?

Having a Sam Adams Irish Red. Nothing to do with St. Paddy's rather it has just been sitting in the back of fridge.

Absolutely smashed it in the Euston Tap last night - quality boozer if any of you are ever in the area.
