There's a thread up for Touching Moments and one for Rage Inducing moments so here's one for those moments that make you shout/cheer  as you read them.

Mine are:
1. "Dracarys!"
2. "

Bring on your storm. And remember, if you will, the NAME of this castle.

3. Theon jumping with Jeyne.

- The outcome of the Sandor/Beric duel. (I was so afraid that Sandor might die... and didn't want Beric to die either since we just met him at last)

- Jaime rescuing Brienne.

- Stannis at the Wall.

- The Theon sample chapter.

And surely others I don't remember right now.
But I've never cheered as much as at "Dracarys" of course.

"Edd, fetch me a block." (of course)

"If we do things your way, Kingslayer, you'd win. We're not doing things your way." (can't remember if it's in the book or just tv show? Loved it anyway).

1. "Dracarys!"
You know, that scene showed how Daenerys was lacking in political/diplomatic education: You don´t humiliate, hurt, attack or kill envoys, messengers, ambassadors or heralds, no matter if you despise their people; that kind or reputation will make very difficult to parlay with your enemies and rivals in the future...

Wylla Mandery's outburst:

"'Yes,' piped a girl's voice, thin and high.
It belonged to the half-grown child with the blond eyebrows and the long green braid. 'They killed Lord Eddard and Lady Catelyn and King Robb,' she said. 'He was our king! He was brave and good, and the Freys murdered him. If Lord Stannis will avenge him, we should join Lord Stannis.'"

and

'Hush, child,' said Lady Leona. 'You heard your lord grandfather. Hush! You know nothing.'
'I know about the promise,' insisted the girl. 'Maester Theomore, tell them! A thousand years before the conquest, a promise was made, and oaths were sworn in the Wolf's Den before the old gods and the new. When we were sore besot and friendless, hounded from our homes in peril of our lives, the wolves took us in an nourished us and protected us from our enemies. The city is built upon the land they gave us. In return we swore an oath that we should always be their men. Stark men!'

"Edd, fetch me a block" is the first that comes to mind....The little curt nod of approval Jon gets from Stannis afterwards makes it even better.

Doran's "Fire. Blood." was up there too.

And maybe on a more ominous note, The third blow of the horn in the SOS prologue was pretty damn badass too!

1. "Dany could feel the heat of him between her thighs. Her heart felt as if it were about to burst. Yes, she thought, yes, now, now, do it, do it, take me, take me, FLY!"
2. "Dracarys!"
3. "Is there gold in the village?"
4. "And for the first time in hundreds of years, the night came alive with the music of dragons."
5. "I dreamed of you."
6. "Leave me. Will you make me call my gaolers and have you dragged away, you vile, scheming, evil bitch?"
7. "Woman? Is that meant to insult me? I'd return the slap, if I took you for a man."

Arya killing the Tickler while yelling his own questions at him
Joffrey choking and dying like a little bitch
High Septon giving Cersei a taste of her own medicine

Oh and the bit where Jaime punches Ronnet Connington is it? at Harrenhall, and tells him to call Brienne by her name.

That was such an 'aaaawwww yeeeeaaahh' moment

And Tyrion killing Tywin, because let's face it, the prick deserved it, and the final line of that chapter is immense.

Oh, I also fistpumped in the end of ACoK when we find out Bran and Rickon are still alive. I really believed they died.

Another moment I remembered getting excited over was when Manderly revealed he knows that Bran and Rickon weren't killed and he enlists Davos to return "his liege lord"

Of course I almost forgot... "You vile, evil, scheming BITCH!" I didn't have much of an opinion on Margaery, but that sort of brought her up a notch in my eyes.
