Seriously, we've had him since the first book and if he's only starting from the third season.............that'll be pretty lame.

And a beautiful shot it is think Roose comes in a few seconds after that.
Yeah his voice is very commanding, but not as soft as I imagined.

Most likely he won't appear in the third season either. The Blackfish has just deprived of existence in the tv series, his role to be filled by other characters.

I agree, but I think it is more of a confusion thing than anything. You already have, in Robbs camp, Robb, Theon, Catelyn, Brienne, Jaime, Roose, Jeyne, etc. In terms of character development on a 10 episode series, it gets to be a little much. So, you sacrifice Edmure and Brynden so you can fully develop Robb and Roose, who are not really seen in the books. Especially when their only use, Edmure specifically, is to set up the Red Wedding.

It sucks, but it makes sense.
