Quite ironic
Also wouldn't it be ironic if Jaime kills his whore (Cersei, he refers to her this way twice) the way his brother Tyrion killed his whore, Shae, by strangling her with the Hand's chain (the valonqar shall wrap his around your pale white throat and choke the life from you).

You try to avoid something but in the end the action itself starts a chain of events that lead to the same outcome.
A coincidence would be that Robert Strong kills, say, Tommen, by bashing his head against a wall. That's a coincidence.
If everything they say about Aegon is true and if he somehow ends up getting his head smashed against a wall by Robert Strong, then yes it is great irony because this outcome is exactly what was supposed to have been avoided through the baby swap in the first place.
So yeah, in that case, that would be terribly ironic.

But, as far as my knowledge, Aegon isn't trying to prevent getting his head smashed in by a 7 foot man. I don't recall any of the Griff chapters holding that fear. Wouldn't cosmic irony relate more the Cercei trying to avoid that prophecy coming into reality.

Then hopefully smashing his non-head on a very pointy, sharply formed rock sticking out of the mountain on his way down.
Hmm, maybe Cersei should send Ser Robert Strong to the Eyrie, I heard there are some shenanigans happening over there she might not like. Besides I heard the view out the Moon Door is quite to die for.
