This thread is ethically wrong..........

No way I would go gay for anyone. I can however say that some male characters are handsome, but to go so far as sleep with them? Disgusting! No way.......

Males in this thread who say they would.....Wel bro's, you are basically saying you wouldn't mind getting your behind done, or giving someone's behind. That sounds pretty disgusting for a hetero male - like me - to me.......
I totally agree with ya, bro. The other day, I saw this revolting thread entitled, "Which Westeros citizen would you want to sleep with." Disgusting!

That thread was ethically Wrong.....

No way I would go straight for anyone. I can say that some characters of the opposite sex are handsome, but to go so far as to engage in (nasty! Unnatural!) hetero (eewwwww!) sexual sex with them? Disgusting! No way.....

Girls who say you would.... well bro's, you are basically saying you wouldn't mind getting your vagaygay done, or handling a peepee. That sounds pretty disgusting to a hetero female like me.

Cause if there's anything I HATE, its a kind of sexuality that's different in some way than my own! Straight sex man---ewwwwww! Totally unnatural.

As for all you sickos who not only fail to express a healthy bigotry and unbalanced amount of disgust for alternate lifestyles but actually have the nerve to appreciate the attractiveness of your own sex-- there are no words for such abominable views.

Gorgeous as Cersei is, I’d have trouble getting past the look of intense boredom and indifference on her face as she was screwing me. Not to mention the probable talk of boars, goring, and my genitals= a swamp that would may very well accompany such interactions. Personally, all gratuitous, clunkily symbolic sex scenes aside, I don’t think Cersei’s ever truly gonna be going the other way.  If Taena Merryweather can’t make it work, then no one can.

Which brings me to my vote—Taena Merryweather. Probably a spy and possibly a faker as well, but, unlike Cersei, she is in the very least a damn good actress.

P.S.—is anyone else rather amused—and mildly grossed out—by the fact that (assuming Taena’s child is indeed the bastard of King Bob) as Cersei was imagining that she was Robert while screwing Taena, Taena herself was presumably imagining that Cersei was Robert as well? The irony.

Lyanna is a must-have, but she loves her freedom and would probably leave.

Asha, though she'd probably smack me around.

An older Arya, but she'd have no patience, and would be verbally abusive.

Dany, however, she'd probably just roll over and smoke a cigarette.

Oh well, I'll just stick with the men.

(Don't know if anyone has seen a current photo of Gendry in S2, but if that's what Robert looked like when he was young..........)

Rhaegar who?

I don't get the thing for Danny. Even if you tape her mouth so she can't bleat she is still just a pale skinny girl.

I know right!

I know you're being sarcastic though, lol. Btw 'appreciate' and 'sleeping with' are two different things, just saying.

Ehhh I dunno. A lot of attractive actors in the series, but the books it's kind of weird for me to think of them in terms of having sex. Could maybe go for a bit of Jory if it came to it lol.

On a side note, was anybody a little disappointed with how Renly and Loras were portrayed in the show? I know they were trying to make it a bit more obvious, but it was borderline stereotypical diva in most of their scenes. I think George made it a lot more subtle.

It's a bit hard to know how Renly and Loras actually act in the books because, you know, we never get to see scenes where they're not playing some sort of role. We see that in the show. If you think there's something wrong with "borderline stereotypical diva", then there's something wrong with you, and not the show.

It's not that there's anything wrong with that at all. It's just that it's not how all gay people act, as many people have pointed out in this thread. It's not how they appear in the books. It just seemed like the directors have said "Go be gay" and they've gone with the common stereotype, not with how George wrote his characters.

And besides, this forum is for everyone's acces, I'm free to my opinion. It may sound all roses and wine and music to your ears, but think about the actually love making with the same sex, and I mean for a hetero male; you're getting nailed in the behind or giving it. Doesn't that thought make you want to throw up? If the answer for a hetero male is 'no' then said person is not so hetero as it stands.

And again, this is my opinion.

But male characters I do find handsome:

- Viserys
- Loras possibly

I agree. Okay I'm not bashing homos, but the idea of a guy pushing his cock up your ass sounds both painful AND disgusting.

Revulsion. Utter revulsion. The idea of incest is much hotter. As long as its some other siblings doing it and not you.

I don't think the show's version of them is any more flamboyant or "stereotypical" than in the books, as I thought Loras and Renly always seemed quite obviously flamboyant in the books. Just re-read Renly's scene in ACOK with the peach. Not overly masculine =/= stereotypically gay.

Yes, you are bashing gays by agreeing to that post above, plus you do realise it's quite possible for straight people to have anal sex too? You have hang-ups around sex, get over them. Stuck up prudishness and condemnation of others might have been in fashion 60 years ago, but the world has moved on. It's not your concern what consenting adults do in their spare time.

EDIT: If I recall correctly you also thought Dany was a loose woman for shagging Daario, despite him only being her second lover.

Gay sex is not anal sex. So no, you're not "bashing homos"; you're bashing any couple that willingly engages in a form of sexual activity that you find disgusting.

Not sure. I've never felt sexually attracted to a man before so it's difficult to imagine exactly what would it take for me to find a man sexually appealing. Maybe someone like Rhaegar or another Targaryen male. They're supposed to have a sort of ethereal beauty and otherworldliness about them.
