1. Dipping hard pretzels in orange juice.

2. Fries and Hollandaise sauce. (this one is kinda tame)

3. Various chutneys with....pretty much everything that isn't a dessert item. Sandwiches, boiled and scrambled eggs, rice, etc.

4. Chocolate in chicken curry.

5. Chicken livers in pickle juice and beer.

6. Lamb cooked in Rolling Rock beer.

7. Chicken and peppers cooked in boxed wine.

I don't know how weird this one is, but I'll mix up canned salmon with dijon mustard before eating on crackers. I think it's great as an omega-3 delivery system.

I like to mix ketchup and mustard. I don't think this is weird, but some people think it is. I also like cream cheese and jelly sandwiches. Same thing, some people think this is odd. I think those people are odd.

A few days ago, I had soda bread, potato bread, scrambled egg and reheated lasagne, with cheddar cheese grated over it all. 'twas sexy stuff :D

Also, kebab sauce does amazing things to a sausage roll sandwich. It's not particularly strange, but it's fookin' tasty so I thought it deserved a mention.

the kids always eat apple slices dipped in peanut butter, so applesauce doesn't seem that different.

That's true, I hadn't thought of that! Usually with raisins or chocolate chips? That was a relatively common snack at my daycare.

That sounds like a jalapeno popper, and those are more like "crack" than "weird food combos."
