Obviously they have time to do most of this still, and I expect will hear about the messianic prophecies this season (Azor Ahai from Melisandre, and TPTWP from The House of the Undying). But I feel like the Children of the Forest, in particular, was something that should have been at least mentioned to Bran last season, either from Maester Luwin or Osha.

It'll be more like somewhere from 7 to 9. If it happens. I do wonder how they'll go about it or if they'll even try it.

As for the HOTU, yeah, maybe more of episode 8, maybe, leaving Dany's departure from Qarth in episode 10. Looking forward to the coming back of Ser Grandfather.

I am most worried about the lack of Meera and Jojen. They should have been introduced by now. I can't imagine the Bran story line without them.

I want more episodes per season so they'd have time to explore the important stuff and not rush through things. and you must admit, the flashbacks are important if you want to understand the characters properly.

Yup, as the books get longer they can't just resort to 10 episodes anymore to cover the book. I would of liked if seson2 was about 12 episodes.

This clip, "Religions of Westeros" shows a lot of season 2 scenes (some from yet to be aired episodes) that highlight the faiths in different ways: http://www.youtube.c...h?v=gvZDPL50jmI

After this season they will no longer adapt a book per season, so it looks like they will be giving the material as much time to breath as they think it needs. It may not be the answer you are looking for to have less "rushing through" but it should have the same effect.

Still, unless you watch that clip, a typical viewer could still be easily confused by the different religions.

The clip is not what people will see in the episodes. SOME thinking and putting the pieces together is needed by the audience. I do think that the differences will be made clear enough for people who pay attention. This is a TV show, not a history lesson. My point was simply they ARE putting more emphasis on religions than they did during season 1. Will you want more than that? Quite probably. But at some point one ought to be grateful for the crumbs they are dropping.

Okay. Calm down. I was just saying it still seems a little confusing to some viewers, based on what some friends are telling me. That's all.
