Nymeria_Snow Posted April 13, 2012 Share Posted April 13, 2012 Thought I'd post this question here, as I'm still working through FFC and I'd appreciate it if there were no Dance With Dragons spoilers, please!This may seem like a bit of a daft and irrelevant question, but I can't help wondering. If Stannis ever did get the Iron Throne, who would be his successor? With his brothers dead, would it be Shireen?Feel free to tell me this is a pointless question, as I think it could be since-1) If he thinks he's Azor Azhai reborn, maybe mortality wouldn't be an issue.2) This might not be a concern that has bothered him at all, if he purely wants power and is not concerned with a line of descendants.3) I'm maybe reading too far ahead and it's extremely unlikely, haha!I just thought that I can't see poor Shireen lasting for too long on the Iron Throne if she was ever left with it. Helpful thoughts appreciated, this is my first post and I know it isn't the smartest question.
