Och and Sandor in ASoS.
Side note. I actually like Areo he is a simple man that lives only trough his duty and doesn't make any fuss about it, I like his relationship with Doran and I hope he will be around for some time. Aeron can die as soon as he wishes as long as it is soon.

I would like less of Dany, Arianne or really anything in Dorne (just not that interested), Tyrion in ADWD, and the other Ironborn.
Would also love an insight to the Martell POV.

Less Dany in Meereen, I could have done without all of the Dorne POVs, one would have been fine.

But seriously, I could always do with more Davos POVs. Theon is gold now, where Tyrion is on the decline.
Mance would be great to have, or one of the sand snakes.

As for extra POV's, I would like to see/have seen one or two of the following.
1. A sand snake POV. Perhaps in AFFC, an insight into the mind of Obara or Nymeria would have helped establish the extent of Dornish hate for Lannisters/Tyrells and their love for their father.
2. An Osha pov in ACOK. I think it would be interesting to view Winterfell and Bran's talk of visions through the eyes of someone still adapting to a "civilised" world.
3. Continuing with the Bran/Northern aspects, a Meera Reed POV would be most welcome. Though I guess that could reveal what happened at the TOJ too early.

Less Jon, Dany, and Tyrion in Dance as well. Not because I don't want to hear from them, but because a lot of it was padding. There was just so much from them. Same with Cersei in Feast.
I also wouldn't have minded less of those extraneous POVs. They felt a little random and as if they were breaking the pattern from the previous books.
I've said it before and I'll say it again. I want a Gendry POV. Fewer of those extra narrators in Feast along with a little less from Cersei would have given some room to learn more about Stoneheart, who I was totally excited about after reading Storm.

An Other as a prologue or epilouge POV would be marvelous.

I would like to cut all the ironborn chapters out of every post-ACOK book in the series. They're very boring and a little bit of a waste of time, especially Asha.
I want a Tyrell POV! Margaery, Loras, or even Olenna - I don't care, it would just be nice to get behind the scenes at Highgarden and see what's really going on there, where their loyalties will be placed in the Lannister/Targaryen conflict, etc. I also think Doran Martell would be any interesting POV, much more interesting than the dull wooden character of Areo Hotah to narrate the events in Dorne. A wildling POV is also needed, Val, anyone?

I would have liked less Cersei, some of her chapters were good, but she was hardly my fav pov and I found most of the KL stuff in the beginning to be sort boring until her imprisonement. Maybe A Cersei chapter could have been cut for a Tyrell, so we have an idea of what their game is, but I honestly don't care about them. I'm sure Cersei is far more interesting than any Tyrell.
In ADwD, I would also have wanted maybe a Jorah one I have a hard time sympathizing with him as a character and I think a pov might help me like him better(or maybe solidify my dislike for the character), either way, I wouldn't mind some Jorah insight. I think Victarion needed more chapters, too. He's a bit of a guilty pleasure of mine and I can't help but get a kick out of this horrible man.
I wish there wasn't that stupid Mel pov chapter. I didn't like it, yeah, we got some info out of it, but I don't like her and her pov made her less interesting than she would be as non pov. Much like how people feel about Damphair povs, I feel that way about the Mel pov. I hope there aren't anymore. In fact, I wish the Mel pov was replaced by a Damphair pov because I wanted to know what he's been up to since the Kingsmoot.

Doesn't the same apply to Martell POVs? And I find it annoying how every other Great House in a position of power (Stark, Lannister, Martell, Targaryen, Greyjoy, etc) gets a POV, but the Tyrells the house that has arguably the most power out of the lot of them has none.

I agree with most of what you've said, but I think the Melisandre chapter was very helpful in terms of understanding her character more. Before she's just mysterious and no one really knew whether she was good, evil, or just out for her own gains. The chapters helped to ascertain that she is truly what she says she is, and is dedicated to fighting the Others. Her visions from R'hllor also made it clear that Jon is AA reborn - her asking R'hllor for visions of AA, and being frustrated when He only showed her Jon Snow proved it to me.

Especially in ADwD Daenerys has way to many chapters, would be better spent on Davos, Quentyn or Connington, she does only have boring uninteresting chapters. Apart from some of course.
Tyrion has a couple of rather unneeded chapters too.
In AFfC Brienne has way to many chapters. All but the last two, are completely boring.
Also anything from Dorne would be welcome, or Dornish.

Well I always felt (and I think I heard GRRM agree somewhere) that the Arys Oakheart didn't really serve a higher purpose, I could have gone without that. The poster above also highlights the issues regarding the number of Jaime and Brienne chapters in AFFC.
Likewise I think that both Tyrion and Daenerys and Barristan could all have had two chapters each removed in ADWD without their stories being affected negatively. I also felt that Jaime's ADWD POV wasn't really needed, and that it would have been a much more dramatic entrance for Victarion if he was missing from the whole of ADWD, and we were only introduced back to him again via another POV character hearing the horn during the battle from Meereen. I would still have him as a POV, but only after having been skipped for ADWD.

It's hard to imagine cutting anyone, minus maybe Aerys Oakheart because the system is so delicate and precise that removing one chapter takes away so much information. Even though some of the characters bore me to death it is all purposeful. I'm also curious to see if Mellisandre's POV was just a one time thing or if she will have more in TWOW. If we are arguing that LF and Varys POVs are withheld from us because they know too much, it leads me to believe that Mellisandre is most likely misguided, should be very interesting to find out.

I used to really want a Varys or Littlefinger POV but now I think some characters are best viewed through other POV's eyes because it adds a bit of mystique and allure to them.
