The man behind the curtain. Most people think he's a creep, but he doesn't give a crap. Into politics mainly for the advancement of his family (i.e. halliburton) Plus, king's/presidents come and go, but he remains.
Also, I'm pretty sure Tywin must have shot some of his buddies in the face in a hunting accident. I mean, it happens, right?
although from what I heard he's immortal now, which can't be said for Tywin, I guess.
