Sorry for the bad spelling but I'm from Argentina and so this is new for me

ETA: It would be hard for five Stark brothers to eat her while in their direwolf forms. Namely because there were only ever four Stark brothers. One of those brothers is dead (along with his direwolf) and one of the other Stark brothers isn't really a Stark brother.

My guess is it'll be the first option; Cersei would rather die than be taken alive by Stannis in ACoK, if she has lost her children along with her sanity, she will choose her own death and take KL (who laughed and mocked her in her walk of shame) and some of her enemies with her. She would want to die with Jaime at her side, but Jaime would kill her before she gives the order, and end his life as well as i ave so often stated.

Damn you. This was exactly what I was going to write, but you beat me to it.
As for Ceresi, given that she is almost surely the series's main villain, I'd say that her losing her trial by battle is extremely unlikely. It seems more likely that she'll (somehow) gain power again, only to destroy herself, the rest of her family, alienate (and lose) all of her allies, gratuitously harm countless innocent people, utterly losing her looks, and, I'm guessing, either be responsible for the death of or murder her remaining children. In the end Jaime will almost surely take her out, as either honorable revenge (after she murders Tommen, perhaps?) or out of pity-- or both.

I must say that I am very much afraid that you will be right on this. While as a villain she will not be allowed to win I'd hope to see her go out in a blaze of glory rather than finding that the prophecy was actually true.
