I predict he will be granted back rights to Bear Island for some sort of heroic deed.

Man, I am not a fan of Jorah. If Eddard couldn't like him, neither can I. lol

I doubt whether he'll go back to Westeros anytime soon but I'd love to see him on the wall.

With Lord Commander Mormont's last words about forgiving his son, it seems likely that this is foreshadowing that Jorah will end up at the Wall. It also seems inevitable that Dany will make her way to the wall eventually to use her dragons' firepower against the wights and others.
However, from her experience inside the House of the Undying, we can expect Dany to betrayed once for love. Due to Jorah's strong yet not-reciprocated love towards Dany, I think he may be the one to someday betray Dany for love. This could possibly unfold as some messy love triangle involving Dany, Jon, and Jorah, with Jon getting killed. Jon is one of the best characters IMHO, so he must get killed at some point in GRRM fashion!

Jorah will take the black , I'm pretty sure of it because of the Old bear's last wish . Martin wouldn't have put it there if it wasn't important.

Jorah never really leaves. He's going to blend in with the followers as that other guy did and keep an eye on Dany. He didn't betray her for love or gold or blood. He betrayed her so he could go home.
He's going to follow her into battle, on her team without her knowledge, and die from Longclaw, his own sword.
