Pretty self-explanatory.  Name anything that happens in the events of the series proper, or anything done in the past of any character who appears in the (fictive) present-day events.

So, for example, Ned's actions at the Tower of Joy are eligible, but not Ser Arthur Dayne's.

I'm going to withhold my opinion, because I'd like to see if anyone shares it.  Go!

Wineseller attempting to assassinate Dany.  Think about all those people who would still be alive if he had succeeded.

Which people, the slavers?  Or everyone who happened to catch dysentery?

How about all the Lamb People her Dothraki husband slaughtered and enslaved.

I don't know dude, it's hard to remember. One off the top of my head was Syrio protecting Arya from Meryn.

What, Drogo only started behaving that way to impress his silver queen?

He could have been bribed away otherwise.

Oh, and I haven't even gotten to the hundreds of people her dragon slaughtered.  Whatever her intentions, Dany caused the death of far more people than Gregor Clegane and Ramsay Snow combined.

Syrio defending Arya.
Sansa bullshitting her way to preventing Joffrey from killing Dontos.
Jaime jumping into the bear pit to save Brienne.
Jon and Gilly saving Mance's baby from being sacrificed to the red god.
Catelyn taking a dagger to the hands to save Bran.
Ned protecting Jon's identity from Robert.

Greatest! - hmm - I can't pick a greatest but I can pick great acts of heroism (which to me means risking your life to help another not just risking your life to save yourself or for personal glory).

Halfhand's final moments.
Sandor - saving Loras, supporting Sansa re. Ser Dondas and her stripping, saving Arya, etc.
Sansa - saving Ser Dondas
Arya - finding and giving an axe to the caged prisoners
Brienne - defending the children at the inn
Osha - staying with Rickon and his dangerous direwolf

That's all I can think of for the moment.

Maybe not one of the most classically heroic persons but Manderly quickly became a favorite in Dance.

"The north remembers, Lord Davos. The north remembers, and the mummer’s farce is almost done. My son is home.”

His son is now home which I think has more meaning than just a father's love for his son. His heir is now safe in White Harbor to reign and I feel like Manderly has gone to Winterfell on a kamikaze mission of bloody justice. He's a smart man and he knows once it starts to hit the fan he's going to be out of luck. He's too fat to sit a horse, he's not going to walk any better and just how far is he going to get with men trying to lug his litter through the snow.

He's had his feast, he's had his laugh and now there's only the hope that he gets to see as many northern traitors die as possible before the end.

Something tells me Khal Drogo would have been slaughtering and enslaving people, with or without Dany. The Dothraki way of life kind of dictates this.

Great way to justify mass murder - "well my victims would have died anyway"

Yeah, Jaime jumping in that bear pit was he first thing that came to mind for me.

Arys Oakheart charging to his death was either incredibly heroic, or incredibly stupid.  Maybe a little of both.

Dipping into the past a little:  Barristan rescuing Aerys when his bannerman kidnapped him (for all the good it did).

The Kingsguard staying at the ToJ even when all was lost.  And what (we think) Ned did to protect Lyanna's child as well.

Jaime hightailing it back to Harrenhal to rescue Brienne from the Bloody Mummers was definitely a cheer-worthy moment.

Any particular reason why Tyrion isn't eligible, in this regard?

You're willfully not looking at the intent. Remember that Dany was truly "just a girl and knows nothing of war" at this very early part in the story. She didn't understand how the Dothraki raised war funds. How the hell was she to know? They were a foreign people to her and she lived her whole life up until that moment fleeing from Free City to Free City with Viserys. Do you honestly blame a 14 yr old girl for what her warlord husband did? This tired meme by Dany haters is one of the weakest.

Next someone will pull the cliche "Mirri Maz Duur was a hero!!!" line. So tiresome...

Tyrion was born a Lannister and was Joffrey's uncle which still carried some sway with Joffrey. I think he (Tyrion) was too arrogant to really consider himself in danger,. I think heroism is realizing, at some level, that you are putting your life on the line. As the story progresses, it gets to this stage, particularly after his marriage. If Joffrey married and carried out his threat to come and get Sansa whenever he wanted, we may or may not have seen some real heroism (or not) from Tyrion.

Og my God. You do realize Khal Ogo was slaughtering the Lamb People before Khal Drogo got there. Drogo just wanted to slaughter the peoples around the Jade sea after Rhago was born.
