The name itself derives from a project I had to do in Spanish class as a freshman in high school. We had to devise our own Spanish super hero and describe their appearance and powers in Spanish. Everybody else's was pretty garden variety. Mine wore suits and had diplomatic immunity, as well as a special cane which allowed him to travel through time. And a moustache. The moustache had no powers, except perhaps the power to cause beautiful ladies to swoon. His tagline was "Danger is my middle name." So technically his name was Jorge Danger Danger.

I am at my most attractive when I'm asleep. Mainly because I don't say or do anything, just lie there.
Have you tried a taser?

Well, I'm from the North (of the contiguous US anyway) and I'm a prince among men so I thought, why not?
ETA: Or, another thought that crossed my mind when I was trying to come up with a board name was that I like the North in the books. But "King of the North" was already taken so I thought I shouldn't be completely greedy and settled for "Prince of the North"

No, Dragonsworn, a much smaller board. People just stopped posting there years ago. It seems the only good thing that came out of it was me meeting dalThor there.
ETA So I guess being a hopeless romantic when picking a username 11 years ago got me a husband off the Internet and eventually two beautiful baby boys. Not bad, not bad at all.

I have used this name for just about anything internet related for about 12 years, originally as a handle for games.
Long Story Time!
Like a ton of idiotic high school kids do when joining video games, I picked a band name as my avatar when joining Ultima Online. So for a year I was Skynyrd. When I realized I didn't want to tie my identity to a band forever, but wanted my Starcraft clan to still recognize me, I dropped half the name and added my real middle name to it. Thus, Skyn_Jay. Later jammed them together into one word/name.
Now it is always good to know that I can sign up for just about anything and my name will not be taken.

Dany used to be my favorite character years ago. When I started playing WoW Daenerys was taken on my server so I went with Stormborn, and it stuck for all my mains. So for 4 years I was accustomed to responding to Storm. I was still playing when I signed up for the forum and thought since it wasn't taken that it was meant to be. I've thought about changing it a few times, but I don't post enough to care enough
