I find her to be one of talented and exciting actress right now.Loved all her performances so far.She has the innocent and pure look to her but managed to give a convincing performance for cunning roles.Take Atonement as a prime example.

I would like her to play young Cercei Lannister as they would be needing one for the flashback of Rhaegar-Lyanna storyline ,plus the maggy prophecy scene.

Do you want her in GOT?In what role to be precise?

After Atonement and Hanna, I thought she would have been perfect as Daenerys.

There aren't a lot of parts she could play in the series. I doubt whether she could pass as a Dornish. The only character coming to mind is Val.

She is too young to play Val. Saoirse is 18 if im not wrong and Val is a few years older than Jon. Kit Harington is 25, whoever plays Val needs to look a little older than her. I like her as an actress though, she could have been a great Daenerys.

She is too young to play Val but some people suggested that she could play Meera (assuming that the part is not cut, of course) that could work out!

Meera Reed would be a perfect role. Dye her hair and she'll look the part. She shown she can be a skilled outdoors person, killer, hunter, in Hanna, and we know she has acting chops. I think I could believe the mystical stuff coming from her as well. Only other young actress I can think of for the part would be Evanna Lynch.

I agree Saoirse is too young to play Val ,Meera  Reed would be a perfect role for Saoirse if Isaac who plays Bran gets a bit taller and bit matured.

I really want to see Robbert Rebellion scenes

She works in film pretty exclusively, I think, and already has several film projects lined up. Don't think she'd be part of the series.

Yeah Val came to my mind a long time ago....
Lord I wish people would let this 'age' thing go, some around here have explained the age up thing about the TV show until they are blue in the face , and still people bring it up.
Maybe we need a Must Read FAQ planted on the first page.

Tyene Sand? Tyene doesn't look much Dornish either since her mother was not from Dorne. In fact, I think she looks much like how Tyene is described, innocent and sweet looking with fair hair and blue eyes. I don't see her doing much tv work anyway, but she would make an excellent Tyene.

While true, this is HBO, its almost like a badge of honor thing to work for HBO.  Although Meera's role could span over several years, so she might not be willing to be committed for that long..although they only film for 2 months of the year, plenty of time to do films.

I still think Sarah Bolger would be perfect.

HBO is casting the role of 'froggy' for season 3.I'm not sure whether its Maggy the frog or Quentyn Martell..but it looks like it would be maggy the frog .

So we are gonna get a maggy the frog prophecy scene with young cersei.Hope that Saoirse will try for the role. She would be a great young Cersei

That, and she's American.

Edit: n/m, she's USA born but grew up in Ireland apparently, read IMDB too quickly.

Will there even be flashbacks? I thought HBO avoided this. Anyhow, Ronan looks like Sophie Turner in some ways that it might confuse the audience.

They avoided Robbert's rebellion because of  nothing is actually clear .No one actually knows what really happens in the Tourney except for Ned and Crag Lord.Yes there have been theories but nothing is stated explictly in the books..so i guess thats why they avoided  that..However Cersei Prophecy is told by Cersei herself and plus a character 'Froggy' had been asted for season 3

I like her performances, she could pass as Arya, Dany, Sansa and maybe many more. But she would be too expensive. I don't think there would be enough budget.
