We make it perfectly clear that GRRM's health, let alone his life expectancy, is private and personal to him and speculation about it is *not* a permissible topic for the board. We would not expect board members to speculate about other boarders' health, and we extend the same courtesy to GRRM. GRRM has friends and family, including his wife, who read this board and people should really think about how those people might feel about total strangers openly speculating about when he might die. I think they would find it crass, hurtful and ignorant, don't you?[/mod]
