I don't find teeth helpful in either case!  But maybe I'm doing it wrong....

Though I am wary to include anything from the HBO series on here, I did think it was particularly interesting that Arya, while speaking with Tywin, mentions Dark Sister. It just seems odd to include that in the tv show when time and story are competing with eachother. Perhaps the creators know something we do not and perhaps Arya will end up with Dark Sister?

I sure want that sword to appear somewhere.

I was rereading the ASOS chapter Jaime springs Tyrion out of the black cell.  While discussing that Tyrion will go flee to the Free Cities, Tyrion said, "Another name?  Oh, certainly.  And when the Faceless Men come to kill me, I'll say, 'No you have the wrong dwarf with a hideous facial scar.'"

Considering the Cat's thoughts about looking like she had drowned and Jaime's statement on being crippled, does Tyrion's Faceless Men reference foreshadow that Arya crosses paths with Tyrion?

Some months ago, I started a re-read, making notes of foreshadowing as I read.  I found so many instances, I realized why people concentrated on examining prophecies and dreams instead.  Just now I picked up ACOK and just randomly opened it.  It opened at a Catelyn chapter that starts with her going to a sept in an abandoned village, just before she goes to see Renly and Renly is killed by the shadow baby.

The sept is a small poor sept, without even statues or paintings of the seven, just charcoal drawings.  The drawings are such rough sketches, she can see the faces of many in each drawing.

Quote

The Warrior was Renly and Stannis, Robb and Robert, Jaime Lannister and Jon Snow.  She even glimpsed Arya in those lines, just for an instant.  Then a gust of wind through the door made the torch splutter, and the semblance was gone, washed away in an orange glare.

So she sees Arya the Warrior, but only briefly.  The semblance disappears in an orange glare.

Well, we know Arya becomes a warrior - does the brevity of the glimpse mean that she runs into a flame, possibly Dany on the way to Westeros, and she ends her spell as a warrior and joins Dany's forces?  Perhaps Tyrion or Selmy recognize her?

This may be something

. . . or even Petyr Baelish. Littlefinger was as amiable as he was clever, but too lowborn to threaten any of the great lords, with no swords of his own. The perfect Hand.

I think that it would certainly be interesting if GRRM had one of his favorites kill off his other favorite.

The part is (of course) unclear. Warrior is Stannis, Renly... all of them at the same moment. Then she sees Arya, but it's unclear if it was just a glimpse or that the wind ended it with the rest too quickly.

It's symbolism, there are multiple ways to look at it. Theon commended Hodor on remembering his name was a funny little moment of foreshadowing even though it's not Hodor that ever forgets his name.

Realizing that Hodor is not Hodor's name puts another dimension on it.

Ok I might have one here from aGoT.

Ser Jorah talking about the dosh khaleen

Quote

"Only the crones of the dosh khaleen dwell permanently in the sacred city, them and their slaves and servants," Ser Jorah replied, "yet Vaes Dothrak is large enough to house every man of every khalasar, should all the khals return to the Mother at once. The crones have prophesied that one day that will come to pass, and so Vaes Dothrak must be ready to embace all its children."

Possibly suggest that one day all the Dothraki will unite under "the Mother of Dragons" and that Vaes Dothrak will be were Dany unites all the forces of her different armies and finally turns to Westeros.

As Robb was leaving for the Red Wedding,

Quote

All the time the king and queen were talking, Grey Wind prowled around them, stopping only to shake the water from his coat and bare his teeth at the rain.

Grey Wind appears threatened by the rain. "Rain" = "The Rains of Castamere", which was of course being played as the slaughter began.

In ASOS, when Jaime is being escorted by Steelshanks Walton, Jaime thinks,

Quote

But Tywin Lannister endured, eternal as Casterly Rock.

Given that Tywin died at the end of this same book, this might be a hint as to Casterly Rock's eventual fate (that it will be destroyed).

In AGOT, when Robert arrived at Winterfell, he says to Ned,

Quote

I've never seen such a vast emptiness. Where are all your people?"
"Likely they were too shy to come out," Ned jested. He could feel the chill coming up the stairs, a cold breath from deep within the earth. "Kings are a
rare sight in the north."
Robert snorted. "More likely they were hiding under the snow."

In ADWD, we see wights literally hiding under the snow. This could be another hint tying the Starks to the Others.

In ASOS, when Dany's training the dragons to attack, Jorah repeats the word "dracarys" and something interesting happens:

Quote

All three dragons turned their heads at the sound of that word and Viserion let loose with a blast of pale gold flame that made Ser Jorah take a hasty step backward.

Viserion here breathes flame at Jorah's inadvertent command---but later, when Dany gives the "dracarys" order against the Yunkish emissary, Viserion doesn't breathe flame at all, he just snaps at the air. Given the many parallels between Viserion and Bloodraven, and the connection between the Mormonts and Bloodraven (via the Watch and the North), this could be a hint that Bloodraven will not act to serve Dany's interests, just as Viserion does not attack at her command.

lol... When I was reading it I was thinking about R+L=J... Could be another hint ~ !
Edit:
Reading it again... I feel pretty stupid...lol, I thought Robert was referring to the kings... Can't see how it implies the connection of the starks and the others.

One of my favorite little ones is when Jon and Arya are talking about sigils in GoT... clearly foreshadowing Nymeria dragging Un-Cat out of the river... (of course, it wasn't so silly after all :-))

Jon chuckled. “Perhaps you should do the same thing, little sister. Wed Tully to Stark in your arms.”
A wolf with a fish in its mouth?” It made her laugh. “That would look silly."

[i]I thought this was predicting a different path for Ayra, and the gods know she's on one now.

Hmm...I thought that quote was actually predicting Sansa's future because it seemed like Arya negates it when she insinutes that she doesn't want that and then points out it's applicable more to Sansa.

Jon Snow --> "Kill the boy and let the man be born." is I think some foreshadowing for something awesome early in Winds of Winter.

Might be something, but in aSoS during Catelyn's imprisonment at Riverrun there is a line which states "her own dreams were dark and laced with terrors."

Foreshadowing her eventual resurrection by the power of the Red God?

This could mean that Jorah has tamed Viserion without realising it.

Catelyn seems to prefer slitting throats when she attacks. She kills a mountain man this way and then Jinglebell at the Red Wedding.

Because her own throat almost  got slit, probably.

I think that was a reference to Jon rather than the Starks because in the next line snow is capitalized.

Quote

"Kings are a rare sight in the north." Robert snorted. "More likely they were hiding under the snow. Snow, Ned!"
