obviously Drogo. Ramsay is just some psycho with a sword, he has no formal combat training.

Aren't the dothraki trained to fight when they can basically walk? If so I'm betting on Drogo. He was a warrior, he had to be the best to be Khal. Ramsay's just a mental person.
