Been flipping through pages of GoT for the last hour looking and not finding where sansa notes the full name she gave to lady. It's driving me nuts. I remember seeing it somewhere and assuming it's in book one but small possiblity it isn't. Some help?

Lady's full name is Lady. It's Arya who names her direwolf after someone, but her name is still just Nymeria.

You must be thinking of Lady Nymeria, who brought the Rhoynar into Dorne. Sansa's direwolf is named Lady. Arya's is name Nymeria. They aren't supposed to be connected.
Also, this is would be better placed in the General ASOIAF section, or even in the Still Reading section.
