But: Ironborn won't follow an eunuch.

Or possibly the strain of torture on him was so intense that left him crippled emotionally, psychological and physically. He might be impotent for all we know, his will and lust trampled under agony. Torture can do thet to a person, I guess.
I assumed the same reading the book.
Also if he says "I have no...", he could simply refer to an erection.
To be honest, I think that Ramsay did a job good enough without involving genital mutilation/sexual abuse.

Eunuch? Even if Theon were still as confidant about his cock as Tormund Giantsbane, he's still broken. Just one look at him and no ironborn would consider doing anything other than throwing him overboard. They wanted to do that back when he still had ten fingers.

That whole story line with Jeyne and Ramsay and Theon disturbs the hell out of me, pretty sure its implied/suggested Ramsay forces Jeyne to do stuff with his dogs.

“Brother?” The girl’s face emerged from underneath the wolfskins. “I … I have no brothers.”
She has forgotten who she is. She has forgotten her name. “That’s so,” said Theon, “but you had brothers once. Three of them. Robb and Bran and Rickon.”
“They’re dead. I have no brothers now.”
“You have a half-brother,” Rowan said. “Lord Crow, he is.”
“Jon Snow?”
“We’ll take you to him, but you must come at once.”
Jeyne pulled her wolfskins up to her chin. “No. This is some trick. It’s him, it’s my … my lord, my sweet lord, he sent you, this is just some test to make sure that I love him. I do, I do, I love him more than anything.” A tear ran down her cheek. “Tell him, you tell him. I’ll do what he wants … whatever he wants … with him or … or with the dog or … please … he doesn’t need to cut my feet off, I won’t try to run away, not ever, I’ll give him sons, I swear it, I swear it …”
Rowan whistled softly. “Gods curse the man.”
“I’m a good girl,” Jeyne whimpered. “They trained me.”
Willow scowled. “Someone stop her crying. That guard was mute, not deaf. They’re going to hear.”
“Get her up, turncloak.” Holly had her knife in hand. “Get her up or I will. We have to go. Get the little cunt up on her feet and shake some courage into her.”
But is it really rape with Theon?

Maybe it was a threat to scare her, I mean, it's totally disgusting, creepy and practically difficult (since the dogs are females).

I really hate to do this, but can I ask for one more quote from that scene? The quote when she stands up and we get a better look at the physical damage?

But from what i just skimmed earlier there doesn't seem to be reference to her physical state aside from finding her laying under a pile of furs in a ball:( poor girl, imagining her existence is one of the worst in the story.
