Just like I see it. But I don't understand why they put the spoiler that Tyrion "wakes" in the explanation of the episode.

I haven't posted on here in quite a while so thought i'd add to the discussion!

This episode is going to be immense! I'm off on holidays tomorrow and i'm more exited about GoT on Monday night.

I worked as an extra in the Blackwater battle scene and it was the most fun i've had at any job i've ever done. So much work went into the parts of the scene i was in and it look awesome from my POV but from the short clips we've seen in the trailers it'll look 100 times better with the added VFX and sound etc.

I only read a few pages of this thread but i do know the answers to a few questions you've asked but i'll not spoil anything! Don't know about the chain though, hope it is included but i couldn't see if as they'd probably have included Tyrion talking to the smiths in the run up to the battle asking them to make the chain. Then again it could just appear out of nowhere! I think there will be plenty of wildfire though, i heard a lot of talk on set of things like "all this area here will be burning and explosions etc"

There are a few great scenes in the battle including the Hound kicking ass which i can't wait to see on screen! Hope i'll be able to spot myself somewhere within all the madness that'll be going on.

Well if they are devoting an entire episode to the battle of blackwater I want them to not miss anything.  I want Sansa singing for the Hound, I want Mandon Moore trying to kill Tyrion, I want Cersei's drunken speech, etc.

Considering Martin is writing the episode I think they would include all of that .

No, they will include what Martin himself believes makes sense as an episode on the TV show.   Which may not be everything in the book  

GRRM is well aware of the difficulties in book to screen adaptations, so I trust that any screams of "why didn't they show that?" or "they didn't follow the book!" will be appropriately muted.

Yep, I agree with you . Though I still think this one will be the most closer to the book of the season , not that i care because i'm not a book purist .

To be honest, Blackwater is not the episode I'm awaiting the most... it's gonna be a nice one, for sure, but damn, I so cant wait to see the finale: Valar Morghulis.

I think Bronn still has an important role to play later on when Tyrion returns to Westeros (and tries to claim Casterly Rock?).

The Joffery thing was actually the only thing I didn't like from the trailer- it felt forced as if it was only put in their to make Jofferey look weak and appease the viewers by making him appear scared/slash cowardly- particularly after that scene in episode 8 where he boasts about giving Stannis "a big red smile from ear to ear" he should be a lot more arrogant cocky and self assured.
Rest of it looks insane though and I reckon having it in the dark will only add to it
