- Every time Ashara Dayne has been mentioned she has been associated with her strikingly beatiful purple eyes. There's just no way that Martin would cheat that much to us, having Tyrion forgeting to mention the most outstanding detail of the woman's physique.
- There's no reason for Elia Martell to hide his survival from his brothers at Dorne. And Gregor confessed killing her.
- It's been 34 years since Tytos Lannister's death. I don't picture him with a 16 year old lover, and even if it was the case, Lemore looks younger than 50.
- Tyene has golden hair and blue eyes. Since her looks clearly do not come from her father's family, and giving how genetics work in Martinsworld, her mother should be blond. (And there's no reason for Tyene's mother to die her hair).
- Serra was blond, too. Why would she die her hair? Why would she have faked her death in a plague some years ago?
- Syrio is dead. Get over it.

The only reason we are debating who Lemora is, is because Tyrion thinks she is hiding something, right?

My assumptions:
1) She dyed her hair for the same reason Varys shaved his head: Targaryen feature & to distinguish from Aegon's hair. Varys is a master of disguise. Like brother, like sister.
2) The 'old' Serra indeed 'died' and reinvented herself as a Septa Lemore, just like her son - he was Illyrio's son but now he is known as Aegon.
3) Illyrio lied to Tyrion. It's not the first time he lied to him, for obvious reason.
4) Serra was a pillowhouse worker which is why Lemore is comfortable with nudity.
5) Lemore is in her mid 40s with stretch marks on her belly. So she gave birth to Aegon when she was in her late 20s, which is way too old for westerosi. This makes sense if she spent her younger days as... a pillowhouse worker.
This is a voting thread only - Apology to OP.

Are you sure?
She is mentioned more than twice, surely.
I stand to be corrected, as I don't have the ability to do a thorough check, but IIRC Ashara's eyes are mentioned twice. Once by the Reeds in their story, where they were 'laughing violet eyes' (nothing about strikingly beautiful there), and once by Catelyn who was informed by an unknown third party that Jon's mother was “Lady Ashara Dayne, tall and fair, with haunting violet eyes.” Again, nothing about her eyes being strikingly beautiful, just haunting - and its third hand information anyway.
I'm not in any way saying Ashara didn't have beautiful eyes, just pointing out that as far as I can tell your objection doesn't fit the actual descriptions.

No, Lemore herself indicates that she has an identity to hide, and Connington thinks of her in his head as "Lady Lemore", indicating she is something more than just a mundane septa.
Tyrion actually doesn't think she is hiding anything of interest - he explcitly thinks to himself he doesn't care and doesn't want to know her. He just expects that she has secrets because everyone in such a party as this does.
ETA: Apologies to the OP, I thought this was the other thread where discussion has been tolerated, so responded to discussion.

Similar logic disqualifies her with a Blackfyre pretender.
The only way Ashara makes sense to me is if R+L=Aegon. In which case Varys and Illario are still lying, but more to improve Aegon's claim then his place in the succession. Ashara would be in on this little lie as well, and possibly even Connington.
