My theory - Jon bleeds out and dies, although he warged into a dead corpse in the ice cells before his final breath. Melisandre resurrects Jon Snow and he becomes Azor Ahai reborn. Howland Reed appears at Castle Black looking for his children and tells Jon he is actually the son of Rhaegar and Lyanna Stark. He and Eddard were the only witnesses to Lyanna's dying request. Eddard kept his sister's secret to protect the child from the fate of the other Targaryen children.  Since Jon "died" his oath to the Night's Watch has been voided. He is now free to reign, marry, and father children.

Jon has the dragon's blood  through Rhaegar and the blood of the first men through Lyanna. He will be able to warg into and control a dragon - probably Rhaegal. He is the second head of the dragon - Daenerys is the first.

Lightbringer - Stannis' sword is fake. I am not sure what will transform Jon Snow's "Longclaw" into the true "Lightbringer"

Lightbringer was made with the blood of his wife after he plunged it through her chest. Maybe Jon will have to do the same. Who could that be? Would they have to be female? Someone he loves? Could that part of the prophecy  be fulfilled via his Mother Lyanna dying during child birth?

Maybe Arya? Maybe he has to sacrifice his Aunt Daeny with Longclaw?

Runs it through Melissandra. She deserves it after all. And Danys has demonstrated that witch blood works just as well for dragon egg hatching. Melissandra will likely propose running Val through or the fake Arya and get a surprise.

Ghost. For something badass to happen there has to be a sacrifice. I willl cry if this happens.

Lightbringer could just as likely be the three dragons since Dany sacrificed Drogo in the flames to forge lightbringer.

I've also had ideas that Jon will simply be raised by fire through Melisandre and have Longclaw on his person, when he rises up its the true lightbringer.  It probably wont be by Melisandre performing magic, she's just burning the body as a sacrifice to the LoL.

Then again the prophecy doesn't actually require him to re-do the Nissa Nissa sequence: "There will come a day after a long summer when the stars bleed and the cold breath of darkness falls heavy on the world. In this dread hour a warrior shall draw from the fire a burning sword. And that sword shall be Lightbringer, the Red Sword of Heroes, and he who clasps it shall be Azor Ahai come again, and the darkness shall flee before him."

Actually, my guess is like a lot of people have thought, they place Jon under the store rooms, smoke and salt, while he's out cold, the Others begin marching on the wall, Jon raises up (his armor is frozen with ice at this point), and either he drives his sword in the fire and brings it out, or perhaps Ol' Melly sensing who he is, has him plunge his sword into her heart (since she is the fire reincarnate) and when he pulls it out her soul combines with Longclaw and the result is the true lightbringer.

Womp, I'm done with theories for the day.
