You need to upload the image files for the image of Jaime and the Lanister coat of arms under the same name as are used in the Infobox character. If have articles for the books check the capialization,

I think that the the CSS determines where certain elements are displayed. See for instance the css of mediawiki http://meta.wikimedi...Wiki:Common.css and look for .infobox. It seems the text/code below that determines that it is displayed to the right.

I am not sure what your question is.
The size of the page and where the logo is displayed is probably also determined in the css.
That code is displayed within the template would indicate that there is an error in the template or that you are missing a template that is used. The template uses the Navbox generic template. This template calls itself and a number of other templates. My advice would be to begin with simple templates first. They use more code but the code can remain simple.

I have read that it is possible to export wiki pages (regardless wether they are templates or regular articles). A description about this can be found here http://en.wikipedia....ki/Help:Export. I have never tried it myself so I have no idea how easy or hard it is.
