ACoK - Sansa (Her subtle resistance to the Lannisters and her resilience at court despite Joffrey's sadism really touched me.) Runner up would be Cat.

ASoS - Sansa (One of the most beautiful, tearjerking character evolutions I've ever read.) Runner up would be Cat.

AFfC - Cersei (It was really interesting to see into her character first hand for the first time. She really is one psychopathic, paranoid bitch!)

ADwD - Davos (Mainly because Wyman and Wylla featured heavily in his chapters!)

Tyrion in ACOK. I love all the scheming.

Tyrion. His cunning and his insights into life and other characters. His well-developed sense of survival. His hilarious thoughts about Bronn,Timmet and the Montain men. The way he keeps his grief locked in and it only excapes when he thinks ask himself "Where do whores go?" and makes those snarky-sad comments about Tywin on the privy with a quarrel in his belly.

Arya, Davos, Jon and Sam are my favourite POVs the whole way through the books.

I like Sansa's post aGoT, Jaime's throughout aSoS and onwards, Tyrion's and Dany's prior to aDwD, Asha's in aDwD, and Brienne's due to her personality, not her pointless story in aFfC. I also like a couple of one-off PoVs, like Barristan's.
