I like Nuncle. My unlce reads asoiaf and I called him Nuncle, he was laughing for like 10 minutes.

I've never liked Nuncle. It might pre-date Shakespear, but I'm glad it's fallen (mostly) out of use.

I don't like the word craven.

There are a few phrases I'm not fond of. Little and Less, Much and More. These annoy me a little bit. Other than that I'm cool with basically everything. Nuncle bugs me a little too.

Wench is just an old english word, and it was not meant as a disrespecting term.

When I first read the word "coz" (from Jaime to Cleos, I think)...I remember thinking it sounded more Hazzard County then Westeros/Middle Ages, but apparently that was a word in Shakespeare's time as well.  So now it doesn't really bother me so much.

"Usurper," specifically when uttered by Dany and especially when used in the possessive preceding "dogs."

"For the nonce" really annoys me. In England "nonce" is a slang term for a pedophile, so it confused the hell out of me when I first read it!

'Teats'. It gives me a rather disgusting mental image of a woman with a bosom better suited to a cow.
