Yep.. Sybell basically shoved Jeyne into Robb's bed; however, I don't think that there was any plan with Tywin. Sybell Spicer is a social climber and basically a Jane Austen villain. Robb was probably the best catch in Westros at the time; plus there was nobody who could tell him no.
What is odd however is why Robb's guards let the enemy's daughter anywhere near their injured king.
