[The Anti-Targ]

So I noticed I have 2 warning points. I don't know why and when I click on the warning points I get taken to the ominously worded Warnings page and it says "there are no warnings to display". So what gives?

If I am supposed to have learned some lesson about something then it would be good to know what that something is so that I can learn. Otherwise the points cast a shadow on my name and I have no idea whether it's deserved or not. If I deserve to be publicly shamed then fine, but at least tell me the reason.

Also when do warning points come off? Surely it's not just to have a permanent smear on one's character.

I've had a look through the FAQ and can't find anything on the subject.
