I bought a Kobo Glo on impulse after seeing Kindle/Nook/Kobo comparisons in another thread. It's been a week and I love it. It is a good complement to my physical books. Looking forward to a firmware update since web browsing is quite laggy (hardware is good enough at 1GHz so I don't think it's the problem).

An American Tragedy (by Theodore Dreiser) - my "review":

"You know, this is the first time I've been in a canoe since I saw the American Tragedy." Groucho Marx (A Place in the Sun is awful but this remark is spot on.)

Book I: pretty weak and boring
Book II: really good, especially the second half (the last chapters are outstanding)
Book III: absolute unnecessary (see e.g. the second half of From Here to Eternity)

$2, new = a must buy (+ this is my wife's fav. book)
