The Golden Company seemed pretty certain this was suicide and that most of the army would desert whilst the rest would perish. (You'd think the Old Valyrians would've known a thing or two, it's just across the water.)How big is Ulthos, and what is known about it? Seems odd to introduce a whole new continent without some purpose, however small.How much further East does Essos go on for? Can't be much further, it's enormous.I know ultimately our knowledge has to end somewhere, but it seems like someone must know more about these areas. If so many traders circle the Jade Sea, there must be some info on the south of it, and therefore the eastern coast of Sothoryos and the western coast of Ulthos. Questions regarding characters, the rise and fall of various cultures, etc. By the conclusion of ASOIAF and Dunk and Egg, do you specifically intend to leave some questions unanswered and give some vague answers for others?
