Was it actually possible for Daenerys to take her army along the demon road to Volantis? The Golden Company seemed pretty certain this was suicide and that most of the army would desert whilst the rest would perish. So presumably her sellswords would have deserted and the great bulk of her unsullied died. Making such a march unviable.

I'd imagine there's a shed load more questions about the world after LoIaF has come out, such as...

How big is Sothoryos, and how much more is known about it? (You'd think the Old Valyrians would've known a thing or two, it's just across the water.)

How big is Ulthos, and what is known about it? Seems odd to introduce a whole new continent without some purpose, however small.

How much further East does Essos go on for? Can't be much further, it's enormous.

I know ultimately our knowledge has to end somewhere, but it seems like someone must know more about these areas. If so many traders circle the Jade Sea, there must be some info on the south of it, and therefore the eastern coast of Sothoryos and the western coast of Ulthos.

At the Tower of Joy, the 3 KG guarding it, which contained Lyanna Stark, fought a group of Knights led by her brother Ned who would fight to protect her.  Why couldn't that conflict have easily been avoided, even if R+L=J?  Do you intend for the next two books to detail this?

There have been many different questions raised in the books (cannon and semi cannon) written so far. Questions regarding characters, the rise and fall of various cultures, etc. By the conclusion of ASOIAF and Dunk and Egg, do you specifically intend to leave some questions unanswered and give some vague answers for others?

How do the Unsullied pee? People were speculating that the reason 'Reek' stinks is because Ramsey removed his parts like the Unsullied, so he can't help smelling like urine, etc. but the warriors don't smell. It's a legitimate question!
