LF also mentioned Cersei dropping out of the game sooner than he thought so I dont think he took her in consideration
In my opinion the war between the queens will be between Sansa(Queen O'North !) , Dany and Margaery(or whoever sits in KL)

I don't understand how sansa can be relevant as to be considered "a queen". At the most, she can have a high lordship or whatever that is women get not as high as queen, but i thought it was dany, marge and cersei.

I would be surprised if PB already knows about Dany and her dragons, so my thought was Sansa, Cersei and Margaery.
