After the first challenge, she complained about being put on the puzzle duty, claiming that she had run track in high school and yada yada yada. Last night's episode demonstrated that she doesn't bring much to the dance other than her fake boobs. She's easy on the eye, true, but it looks as though she will join a long line of dumbass bikini girls who have made Survivor less than what it used to be. . .
I'm disappointed in Malcolm. Liked it from the get-go. But if he can't stop himself from cuddling with Angie (though he knows he's doing something stupid), I don't see him lasting long. . . Not a whole lot of brains in that tribe, methinks. . .
Skupin's body can't possibly put up with this much abuse. I love him and he's entertaining to watch. But he'll be evacuated from the game for a second time if he doesn't play a smarter game than this. But as things stand, I'm rooting for the guy!

I also think voting Angie would have been the right move. Now they're stuck ina position where Angie and Malcome are guarenteed to vote with one another, and the other two are on the outs. For Russell he's now at the bottom of the totem pole, and for Denise, she's 2nd from the bottom. Both would be one position higher had they voted out Angie first, then Roxy. I have a feeling Roxy got psycho in camp which was edited out and why she was punted.
The other person who came out of left field was Aba-Marie. She came off as a little psycho, and I think at this point she burned her bridge with RC.
Anyone else notice that basically Pete, Katie, Artis, Carter and Dawson have had ZERO show time so far? Dana had a tiny bit but not that much. Really it has been all about the failure tribe and the ringers. I think having 3 tribes really taxes the show's time, even with only 1 challenge per episode.

I'm not so sure if Malcolm is that blinded yet. The statement he made about not getting "booty blinded" shows that he's at least aware of the danger. If they lose a third time in a row and it's directly because of Angie's inability to compete on the same physical level, I think he'd get rid of her. She just doesn't seem invested in the game. She's one of those people who seem to be there for the adventure, not to play and win Survivor and I think he will recognize that. I just think he comes across as a pretty smart player who is still human. After all, what young single guy wouldn't be somewhat blinded by a beauty queen in a bikini wanting to cuddle with him for warmth?

She let her Fiery Latina out to play there, and as someone who grew up with a complement of Fiery Latinas I can safely say that while they're not actually psychos, they can go to a very psycho place in a very short amount of time. She's going to be very entertaining.

Yeah, I think there's just too much going on right now. I'd wager they go to two tribes within two weeks and start spreading the love, especially if Russell's tribe loses again.

for denise, second from the bottom isn't a bad thing at this point. there is likely only one more chance to vote someone off blue before a merge of some sort

Also, I hate to see Mike Skupin go, but the man is a walking disaster. It's like he has the Midas Touch if the Midas Touch were blood and hanging flesh. His team better lose soon or the guy's not going to live through this.
ETA: And with Jeff, what's this asshole handshake that "doesn't count" using four fingers? WTF?
And I must say I'm very impressed by the women they've got on the other winning teams. It's a joy to watch these challenges.

Angie was obviously the one to go. Russell stinking it up in the water was a surprise, a gift from the editing gods but she had to go.
I'd also like to retract my earlier comment about RC being the villain this season. I believe that mantle will fall to Abi. She's going to be wicked fun.

Why didn't Denise or Malcolm do that? RC saved sooooooo much time not getting back on the platform that it seemed like cheating with everybody else getting up on the mat and tagging in a teammate.

I thought it actually was a disadvantage because she didn't get a leaping dive to propel her to the bottom. She also had to swim the complete distance back instead of jump.

I felt pretty sorry for Malcolm and Denise, being saddled with those two. Hope they make it far.
Avi is TEH EVIL nutjob. RC must be kicking herself for hooking up with that. I guess those are the risks you run when you scramble around so fast at the beginning, trying to make alliances.

One of the things I miss the most from earlier Survivor seasons is separate reward and immunity challenges. They took a higher toll on the castaways and made each episode more fun to watch. So far this season, we haven't seen these guys suffer a whole lot. . .
Still, it's been an entertaining season thus far!

Most of their dives only took them halfway to the target let alone all the bottom. and the time to get up on the platform and to the mat to tag in their tribemate didn't really make up enough time imo. Although, three straight trips was probably too much. The blue team looked like they were really close to solving the puzzle, but that might just have been editing tricks.
