[BOOK SPOILERS] ramsey

First post, apologies if this has been discussed at length. This post contains spoilers for season 3 so beware all ye who enter....

So it seems to me that by having Roose recommending Ramsy as the one to liberate Winterfell they have linked the Roose betrayal to the Ramsey reveal. Meaning when we find out Ramsey isnt your run of the mill loyal northerner we will know Roose is not to be trusted. This plays into the whole 'boy' and theon at the dreadfort theory ( although we obviously can't know they are at the Bolton residence or folks will get suspicious so that might geta bit tedious). But what this mainly comes down to is the RW and how these two Bolton betrayels will play out on screen. As once we find out about one we can spot the other one coming (again; due to Roose vouching for Ramsey). As we have had ample reminders (previously on got at the start of eps) that Ramsey was recommended im thinking we might still get a scene with Roose explaining to Robb that his bastard has 'bad' blood to explain the collateral damage after expelling the ironborn. Or alternativly we could get a raven from Ramsey explaining that the kids are dead and the ironborn sacked Winterfel before he arrived. I am mainly curious as to how this will be handeld as it contributes to the shock that is or could/should be the red wedding. Optimistic me even sees the posibility for added drama in a dual reveal, although pessimistic me thinks they will overdo it and it will make them both somewhat weak. Finally i realise this is going into trivial details regarding a topic that has been dicussed at length but as it is, to many people, the pivotal scene of t least the first 3book if not he entire series i think it merrits extra atenton. So how do you think hey will portay the bolton betrayals?
