We've figured out that amongst the inspirations for Dorne is Turkey - architecturally and fashionably, at least.

Here are some images of Ottoman Turkic robes that are in the same general patterns and styles as Dornish robes would be:

These are not perfect, nor exclusive, but if you're interested in writing up any descs or looking for inspiration - this is the kind of thing that's good to use for a model.
