Doran Martell

Obviously this all depends on what direction they choose to use for casting the Dornish.
Molina has the acting chops, gravitas and quiet intensity to do a pretty quiet role where he'd be in a wheelchair most of the time. I can totally see him sitting in a solar saying "Vengeance. Justice. Fire and blood."

He was one of my early favorites for Doran.

Ηοwever Alexander Siddig is fine for me with make-up magic to age him a bit! http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0796502/

His role on In Treatment (the HBO connection helps, by the way) where he portrayed a tormented widower holding onto a number of dark secrets convinced me that he would be a knockout Doran Martell. He has some of the saddest eyes I've ever seen, which would be perfect for Doran Martell, upon whom the world weighs very heavily.

Yeah he seems perfect! They need to age him up though! http://www.hotgurgao...gossip/1343.jpg In this picture he has the pensive Doran look!

Yes! He is who I kept picturing when I was reading. I think he is the best actor for the role if age wasn't a factor.
Alfred Molina and John Rhys-Davies are my top two choices for Doran.

I can imagine Alexander Sidding or Erick Avari as Doran.
As for Rufus Sewell... the only role I would find his appearance tolerable on the show is Ramsay. That man just gives me the creeps...
