An interesting new post on the Making Game of Thrones production blog, discussing in detail the techniques used to create a fiery sword that will feature prominently in a scene in the third season. The details are mildly spoilerish, so I’d suggest not going there if you really want to have no idea whatsoever as to why a sword might be on fire in season 3. It’s pretty interesting reading, in any case, if you’re interested in the nitty-gritty of production special effects techniques.

I think they're talking about when they set Stannis' sword on fire in season 2. Or am I completely mistaken?

Nope, it's Beric sword definetely. The second blade is most likely used for close up sequences, and the first one for the actual fight.

The pic shows Stannis' sword since that is the only sword set on fire that appeared on the show so far. The description is clearly about Beric's sword, which they don't want to show yet.

They mention 2 swords, one in definitely Beric's, I'm really looking forward his fight with The Hound, the second could be Stannis (?) Lightbringer hasn't shined yet, they only mentioned his name the fisrt ep and forget about it, maybe it will finally start shining this season??

No they made two swords, but it is the same one, it's just different technics used for different actions of the same sword.

Stannis' sword isn't supposed to be a firey sword anyway.
