Judging from her build and proportions (especially in the scenes with her and Shae) she won't stop growing much short of 5'10'' or 5'11''. Quite realistic btw, there was one line in the books about how Sansa at thirteen was already as long of leg as her fully grown aunt Lysa, and there was nothing in the books that indicated Cat or Lysa were on the short side.

Children of the nobility were typically much taller than peasant children in medieval times due to much better nourishment and living condition.

She's about the same height as Jack Gleeson in season 1 (5'7"). Probably grown a lot since then.

Jack Gleeson is a bit taller than 5'7, I met him at Electric Picnic and he is nearly as tall as me and I am around 6'3.
